MLK Day March
Join the Family Ministry Team and Quest at the annual MLK Jr March on Monday, January 15th at Garfield High School hosted by the Seattle MLK Coalition. Please RSVP to let us know you’re attending!
Questers should plan to meet at Garfield High School and can expect buses to be available to take us back to Garfield High School from the end of the route.
Where do we meet?
Questers will gather together at 12pm in the parking lot that is located in front of the Garfield Teen Life Center, off of 23rd Ave. See map!
What do we do at the end of the march?
Buses will be at the march end to return participants to Garfield High School.
What should we bring?
- Wear a mask or facial covering that fully covers your nose and mouth; we recommend a well-fitting high-filtration mask, if possible (e.g. N95, KN95, KF94).
- Strongly consider wearing or having ready access to goggles or eye protection for added protection (avoid wearing contacts).
- Bring hand sanitizer and use frequently.
