DESCRIPTION:Join the Family Ministry Team and Quest at the annual MLK Jr March on Monday, January 15th at Garfield High School hosted by the Seattle MLK Coalition. Please RSVP ( https://seattlequest.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/2089969 ) to let us know you’re attending!\nQuesters should plan to meet at Garfield High School and can expect buses to be available to take us back to Garfield High School from the end of the route.\nWhere do we meet?\nQuesters will gather together at 12pm in the parking lot that is located in front of the Garfield Teen Life Center, off of 23rd Ave. See map!\n\nWhat do we do at the end of the march?\nBuses will be at the march end to return participants to Garfield High School.\nWhat should we bring?\n\nWear a mask or facial covering that fully covers your nose and mouth; we recommend a well-fitting high-filtration mask ( https://seattlequest.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=d4c8a9dceb8c6522b047fd883&id=be18e0cc35&e=ae0a98566b ), if possible (e.g. N95, KN95, KF94).\nStrongly consider wearing or having ready access to goggles or eye protection for added protection (avoid wearing contacts).\nBring hand sanitizer and use frequently.\nBring your own water, food or other personal items as necessary.See Seattle MLK Coalition website for other information and COVID prevention details.\n\nInclement Weather Plan: \nIf we are unable to meet or you deem it unsafe to travel to the march / march, please look on Seattle MLK Coalition’s website for their virtual offerings: found here.
